As a parent of two NYCPS specialized high school graduates, I have helped my own daughters through the process of Kindergarten through Senior Year of high school, navigating college admissions and the many challenges and choices along the way. I am currently a full-time NYS licensed teacher at a public elementary school serving students in Kindergarten through Fifth grades.

As a teacher I have worked collaboratively in a wide variety of settings: as a consultant for independent, Montessori and Jewish day schools; as a full-time teacher at a Montessori charter school and for New York City Public Schools; as well as an instructor at the college level. Whether working with students without IEPs, with IEPS, or those who are gifted, cooperating with classroom teachers, parents, and students themselves always leads to the greatest achievement.
